to drive consumer awareness and education
The Return & Earn recycling scheme was launched in December 2019. Our brief was to change consumer behaviour and perception by introducing the scheme and it’s benefits to the environment and consumers.
The project involved sourcing & training of a team of brand ambassadors, and supplying them with communication materials and merchandise to assist them when they were onsite. We managed this campaign over a 5 month period, at a minimum of 20 new sites each fortnight.
A live stakeholder reporting scheme was created so on-site issues were escalated and managed in real-time via social media channels.
