
Creating engaging and impactful virtual events
Launching a product in a virtual world, it needed to be engaging, interesting and captivating for the audience. What did we do to break the ‘boring, not another video launch’? We created a virtual world and wrapped it into the following:
- A fully customised and branded virtual venue
- A main stage with live-streamed keynotes, product announcements and demos, influencer and KOL interviews, panel Q&A sessions
- Breakout rooms such as our Zen Garden and Skylounge
- Reception and lobby for tech support
- Wine bar with kits sent out to all attendees, with a guided wine tasting as part of the event
- Attendees invites and virtual tickets
