Alicia Beachley is founder and CEO of leading independent brand activation agency, April5. With more than 25 years marketing experience, Alicia and the April5 Team create, execute and manage brand activation campaigns, product launches, retail and experiential events for global brands including Microsoft, Fujifilm, H&R Block, COTY and Bupa, to name a few.
Reflecting her dedication to the industry, Alicia served on the executive committee of the Australasian Promotional Marketing Association (APMA), the peak industry body for promotional marketing and brand activation agencies in Australia and New Zealand, for more than 10 years.
A finalist for the Women in Media, Alicia’s expertise has been sought after and has since become an advisory member of the WeConnect Women Business Enterprise Council in Australia. She has also judged local and international awards such as Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide (MAAW) Globes Awards, the Australian Effie Awards and currently the Shop! Australia & New Zealand Awards and the Australian Marketing Institute Awards.
In 2022, Alicia and her team were recognised by Microsoft as a finalist in the Global Supplier Prestige Awards for Supplier Diversity and Inclusion.

Juliet has over 20 years integrated marketing agency experience including; marketing; advertising; event management; sponsorship management and public relations strategy.
She has worked across a number of industries including retail, tech, health and 18 years working in the automotive industry with Kia Motors, Toyota, Lexus, Daihatsu, and SsangYong.
During her marketing career, Deb has worked both agency and client side across FMCG, technology and sports marketing industries.
She leads and motivates her team by example and thrives on upholding the agency reputation of executional excellence. As her team will attest, her catch-cry is ‘do the thinking for them’!
A compulsive innovator, with an audaciously creative and curious mind, Steph’s passion and devotion to branding and storytelling enables her to combine creative with business, immersing herself into brand amplification and communication.
She has wide experience as an in-house creative with everything from start-ups to FMCG brands, as well as a solid foundation in the creative agency environment.
